The second American War campaign against Iraq,

Not a good idea for the following reasons.

First it blatantly shows that mostly the Jews are in control of America's guns likewise where, when and how those guns are deployed around the world to effect desired political outcomes. The American support for Israel in the unjust oppression and occupation of the Palestinian people for the past 40+ years is a total shame for the only remaining superpower, this kind of double standard in the application of justice, financial and military support is appalling. American weapons and money make it possible for the continued oppression of the Palestinian people by Israel. The Arab people in the region have a legitimate complaint about how their Palestinian friends are murdered routinely by the well armed high tech armies of Israel. The holocaust waged against the Palestinian people in their own homelands is the obstacle for peace in the entire region. America is causing the aforementioned injustice by supporting the Jews for 40+ years and leaning heavily on those countries who might try to help the Palestinians win their legitimate fight for freedom.

Second America has more to loose in both the short run and the long run from starting a war that is largely unprovoked, unjust and unnecessary. The terrorist attack on New York shocked America to the core. It shows that anything can happen. Make no mistake about it if the terrorist wanted to detonate nuclear weapons in New York than that's exactly what would have happened there on September 11, 2001. America has valuable cities and well built infrastructure intact that has never before been touched by the power of destruction that war has inflicted on so many other nations. With today's sophisticated city killer weapons that can come from any direction, including simple ground transportation, it is not hard to imagine one day when multiple weapons targeting multiple large cities detonate their charge in America at the same time and in an instant reduce to ruble what once was valuable and largely untouched by the power of real war.

If America wants to sleep well at night than it should avoid double standards in its application of support to various causes, a just approach can go farther and earn the respect of enemies quite possibly eliminating the need for destruction altogether.

But who am I kidding? People will be people right?.
